"The dining area was small. They can serve 16 people so reservations are essentially mandatory. Street parking is required but we didn't have any issues finding a spot.I found the service here to be first rate. They were friendly and efficient. They brought out new plates between courses. My party chose the chef's tasting at a very reasonable 65 dollars per person. The chef came out to personally present each dish and explain some of his techniques and ingredients. This was a very nice touch."

"Hans chefs and cooks are better prepared for than somewhere I tried in the world. her general tofu is baked to perfection, the crumble and texture of the tofu are on par with fried chicken. almost all their dishes can be made vegan or vegetarian with perfectly prepared tofu. many of the appetizers are already vegan and vegetarian, including the excellent skorallion pfannkuchen, sweet spring rolls and daikon radishes. I can't say enough about how amazing and vegan friendly eating this is here!"
