great atmosphere, similar to the styling of the hamlin pub chesterfield location. service was friendly and fast! eating came out quickly, everyone in my party was surprised how fast it was! the burger tasted great and they have some good offers during the week! we are Tuesday for their burger and brew! What User doesn't like about Hamlin Pub:
last night for the first time there. I ordered the pubrs they came with grilled tweepers, cheese and fries. when I opened the bungalow, I counted 5 small doubles l/4 square or smaller. hmm. I asked waiters where the grilled were wobbles. he bowed and counted and said they were there. I didn't imagine. very disappointing. the pommes were a very small part to which I was well, but perhaps not for others. View all feedback.
Fertile flies, bad settings (if they are apparently a “regular” sticky tables and CREEPY management. a total of zero stars, unless they are located in dirty places that are like them a last, instead of a customer. rochester is full of amazing places and this is color of one of them.
Food good, just wish they'd get better waitresses. This time my friend paid cash for her meal and was expecting seven dollars in change back, which out of that the waitress would get a 20 percent tip. She never came back to the table. Half an hour later our waitress was just chit chatting with patrons standing all near our table. My friend then asked if she was bringing her change back. Waitress said, yes I'll go get it. Not exaggerating a half hour,and just hanging out talking. The seven dollars was well over 20 percent. Not a first here. This is the newest incident with the waitstaff they hire here.
Great food and good service, my daughter loves the chicken and dumplings when she's sick. They have delicious burgers. My parents love their sliders and pizza. They have a great beer selection. When my grandfather was dying my family would come together at Hamlin pub for a few nights a week for some good comfort food. They helped us get through a tough time and provided great food. Thanks Hamlin pub!!!
Had the best experience here in so long. Came for the Staley cup final, and they happened to have half off wine on the same night. our waitress, alison was the best server we have had in so long. If you come recommend her!
Have been going to this location for years and recently it’s just not good. The service is slow and not sure what happened to the management but it’s awful. No help when the place it’s busy it seems like. Not a fan- going to try out other location
