New Year's Eve. I had the greatest experience with Luckys today. After a short wait we were created with warm bread from our server and our drinks came out very quickly. They were very busy, but our server did not seem stressed and seemed very happy to wait for us. Our dinner was very delicious and as busy as they were, it didn't take long to get our meals. My only proposal would be to have more bar specialties. You... View all feedback.
What L S doesn't like about Lucky's Prime Time:
Disappointed as we have been here before. We often go to other Lucky 's establishments such as Blind Fish and the Steakhouses. We had to ask for bread. Food took a long time to come out. Didn 't bring the soup. We had to ask for it. It came partway through the meal. The first container on the left was brought out for a sweet potato. Supposed to be sugar and cinnamon. We asked for more and got the second container. At... View all feedback.
I wish I had pictures! Service was awesome, the waitress had no problem charging my phone behind the bar (from out of town and thought my car charger was in the car, 4% remaining and had no idea how to get back to the hotel). She was awesome, she was great with my allergies making sure everything was safe to eat. I got the 24oz prime rib, included a house salad and side. I didn’t realize 24oz of prime rib can feed a small family until I saw this massive hunk of meat! It was absolutely delicious, shame I couldn’t finish it. The aujus was great too aswell as the fries! I thoroughly enjoyed it, was planning on coming back but they are closed on Mondays! If I’m ever in the area again I will be back!
What do you call it when you try a new place and the food, service, and atmosphere exceed your expectations? Lucky! Well, Lucky's Steakhouse was a wonderful surprise and extremely reasonable! The portions are huge and it definitely did not disappoint. Great value!!! Monica was a wonderful server I enjoyed this place and I will be back!
Came to Luckys Prime Time based on a suggestion from a friend. The restaurant has an higher end diner feel and was clean. We had the Dynamite Shrimp to start and they were very good. Very crispy, not too spicy but large shrimp. For our meals we had the Parmesan Crusted Grouper and the Chicken and Shrimp pasta. The grouper was a good size and the pan crust and lemon sauce were very good. The pasta came with many shrimp and had a good flavor.
Nancy was an amazing server. She anticipated all our needs. She made our lunch great.

Didn 't bring the soup. We had to ask for it. It came partway through the meal. The first container on the left was brought out for a sweet potato. Supposed to be sugar and cinnamon. We asked for more and got the second container. At least most of the bigger chunks were taken out. Not very appealing. Not even comparable to the other Lucky 's.
