"If you have an online order, pick up, door dash etc., you will be expected to come in the line and wait for a cash register together with people who have not yet placed orders. You have a shelf for upstream orders, but refuse to use it and do not have a designated register for pre-placed orders. This site claims to be understaffed, but they are consistently overthrown to close shifts where I have seen up from 12 employees who do nothing. This signals that they have employees, but just don't know how they are planning properly. You start closing operations one hour before closing. If you're okay in the last hour, you feel like they're closed, and you shouldn't be there. This is because they are finished, sweep, clean ketchup etc. of tables, have emptied all garbage, and usually act as if you are not in the restaurant. All the other showmars I had had great service and operations. I don't know who the management is in this place, but they're lacking hard."

"Very good French style bakery and eatery. Pastries were good to excellent. Service is casual friendly. I will definitely go back and suggest everyone try Amelie's at least once. Interior is charming and somewhat bohemian, and very comfortable. Look for a used book rack on the second floor. BTW second floor seating offers a good view of the streets of Rock Hill, a great place for people watching. Outside seating is available. Street parking is available, but certainly"

"You wouldn't know from outside, but once inside you'll be glad you were inside. The atmosphere is cool and the staff is great. The food was great (must taste the Donut Burger). We drove back to Summerville SC from Salisbury NC at the Cheerwine Festival and we're glad we did. Will come back in the future."
