I really appreciate the lady on the window.. I messed up my own order, she was amazingly nice to help me, my order, which lasted about 10 minutes and did not rush for anything and took care of me .. she knew I didn't know what I did.again I am new in the app and I stay in my lane and go in and order View all feedback.

Missing a coffee from my order and my Iced Macchiato is basically caramel milk. There is no coffee in it and the drink is white! Super disappointed. I really needed a pick me up today and now the day is even worse. View all feedback.
My coffee tasted like burned beans and too sickly sweet sauces. Couldnt drink more than 2 sips. Gross. Waste of . :

My chai was not Chai Tea Latte it is coffee and I cant drink coffee. very disappointing.

Great coffee, food and very clean environment. The people who work there have great customer service. Need coffee and a snack select Starbucks .
