What User likes about Panera Bread:
Ordering was easy and contact free. The staff was very friendly and the location was clean including the bathroom. The only thing I did not see been cleaned were the touch screen to order and the pagers to notify the customer the food food is ready. I'm not staying that they're not cleaned only that the cleaning and disinfecting process is not visible. The food was good and it tasted fresh. I'd go back to that partic... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
although I was one of three people in caffe at 8 o'clock (only one other person ordered) I waited over 10 minutes to get a chocolate croissant. I ordered on the tablet, so the personal had to take it out of the shelf and put it in a bag. a hired person I accept was the layer manager for waiting apologetic, but 13 minutes seems a bit extreme to wait for a bake that has already been baked.
