"We recently just had our wedding reception here on July 7th and all I can say is that we couldn 't have chose a better place. We worked with Kim, who is excellent by the way. From the day we decided this would be our venue until the day we said 'I Do ' she was wonderful. She was very organized and any questions we had she had the answers for. She really made the whole experience a stress free one. And the food.....WOW. We chose to have the Boursin fillet, Chicken Madeira, and grilled Salmon served as our guests entrees. At the end of the night we had so many people coming up to us telling us how wonderful the food was. Everything was served right on time and there were not long waits between each of the courses. Through the whole night Kim was there to keep asking me and my husband if we needed anything . We had the reception in the Sinatra room and it was absolutely beautiful. The lighting, the linens, the decor everything was spot on. Kim also made our wedding cake for us and it was delicious and beautiful. I would recommend anyone to have their reception here. You will not be disappointed! Thanks Kim and the team at Franchescos Ristorante!"

"Went here the other week, and service was very well done. The only problem was the soda machine was broken, due to the national carbonated beverage shortage. But that I can look past since its not noodles fault. The bbq chicken mac and cheese was to die for. Same as the korean meatballs. The table was a bit dirty when I sat down, but it makes sense the place was sort of crowded. I got a large water cup since I still needed a drink, and the staff was very nice when I went to ask for it. Would recommend again 4.4/5"

"For a fast eating place it is great. everything is fresh and hot. the employees smile and courteous. oh, and I was at several different locations and each one was extremely clean. I can handle when food order is screwed so often (only once happened here and not only did I get everything fresh, but they look a $5 bill in my bag, which is a great surprise) but a dirty bathroom and it area is not acceptable and they are always as clean as can be."

"I was pleasantly surprised by GreenFire. We came here with a group before a show, and everyone had a wonderful food experience! They have a large menu, and we all struggled to narrow it down to one thing to order. I started with the smoky margarita, which was a bit lackluster but not bad. The mezcal overpowered any of the other ingredients so it tasted smoky but bland. I still drank it all. We split the Brussels as a table, and they were very good. They were shaved very nicely, and cooked to perfection. However, the balsamic was scarce and hardly integrated into the dish so it came off tasting like plain Brussels sprouts. Three in our group ordered various pizzas (all reported they were very tasty, and leftovers were taken home). One ordered the chicken crepe and also reported deliciousness. I ordered the GreenFire veggie burger and it was fantastic. The house potatoes that came with it were wonderfully cooked so that they were soft but not mushy. Wonderful flavor I did not add a single thing to them but consumed them all with glee. I added goat cheese to the burger (I figured there'd be an extra charge, but considering there was, it was a lame dribble of goat cheese). I had to physically separate my sparse avocado slices to spread them around the patty, but oh well. They make their own patties, and they were incredibly tasty. They squished very easily which made the burger hard to eat. I mostly was eating the squished out patty around the bun and didn't get to experience too much of the other items inside the burger. I don't know that there's a great solution to this common veggie burger problem, but even the plain patty was lovely to eat. I took my leftover (center) of my burger home for leftovers, and the burger was equally lovely with all its listed ingredients/condiments. Despite any grumbling about its consumption logistics, I would totally order it again and recommend it to diners! Our waitress was absolutely phenomenal and very patient with all of our questions. She constantly was checking in on us and made sure we never were waiting for very long."
