1st day of a long weekend. Jay surprised me with a morning coffee date at Tom Sawery's Coffee Roasters for a new coffee fad FLIGHTS!!!Thank you my love for a fun relaxing morning!! I had the original flight menu and Jay had the drip coffee variety.If you are in Spokane, WA I highly recommend a trip. Limited goodies but, we had a day old blueberrie scone (asked them to warm it for 10 seconds, BEST AMOUNT 8F TIME FOR OLD PASTRIES) It was delicious ?.

In short ..I was skeptical. Not for long. The young lady serving was delightful and helpful. The new owner Tom gave us a brief education of the history of the original owner and tips on other coffees.The flight experience was awesome. The coffees were smooth with no bitter bite.
