We booked on OpenTable a couple of hours before on a Friday evening, which allowed us to be seated at our table within a minute. Service was excellent, led by Callie, who had command of all menu item details. The ingredients were of high quality and the recipes were tremendous. What User doesn't like about Lucca Rockland:
Food was served too quickly no time between appetizer and entrée. Both the appetizer and entrée were barely warm. Drinks were lacking alcohol and coffee drink was stone cold. View all feedback.
Excellent dinner and service. The sautéed calamari appetizer was the best I’ve ever had. My husband and I both had excellent fresh seafood as an entree. Our waitress Emily was attentive and made us have a great experience. Looking forward to going back!
Noise level was very high. Very difficult to have a conversation. The menu was somewhat limited. Portions were very very small considering the high prices. I ordered the swordfish which was served over a few spinach leaves with a red sauce. There was no pasta, potato or vegetable and it was 31.00. We left hungry. We split a dessert which the waiter recommended. It was tiny.
Consistently good food and service. The manager always goes out of his way to say hello and make sure we had a great experience. Thanks, Sean!
During a very busy time our server Nicole was attentive, pleasant, informative and very sweet.
Everything about our experience was excellent. The only criticism would be that Lucca is very pricey.
