Chang Bros in Rocklin has amazing Chinese cuisine! I visited with my brother in the law, which is fluent in Mandarin Chinese with many authentic dishes, and he approves this as a great option. Used to love the food here. The food isn?t as high quality anymore, and the service is terrible. I asked her 3 times for tea and she never brought it over to me. The won ton soup has for sure downgraded. The honey walnut shrimp sauce was too heavy and you don?t get many shrimps for what you are paying for. The chicken is also very dry.
