Oh, man... just moved to the area and this is our new entry!! The staff is top note of kindness and attention. Corn Nuggets and fried mushrooms were absolutely perfect and delicious. "It was my first time eating here, and I'm currently disappointed and still in need of substance. The greens were very oily (tossed them), the brisket lacked sauce and was extremely dry without it (drizzled lightly over the meat on top other portions had none), the peach cobbler at $5 for such a kid portion was the worst I have ever had. The cobbler crust makes the cobbler, but this one seems under cooked. For $40 for two people I'm beyond the need to give this place a second try. At least the pickle was crunchy, and the bun fresh."

"I was excited to go to Petro 's for the first time. On the day we went, it was a Friday, We were first customers at 11am. I asked for a tiny sample of tea and my friend ordered a soda. Our server brought me a full glass of tea with a lemon wedge on glass. I hate lemon in my tea and the lemon always gets into the ice tea if it 's put on the glass BUT I had asked for a tiny sample. I stated this to the waitress and she was upset with ME . My friend also noticed that Petro 's serves Margaritas and canceled her order for soda which hadn 't been made yet and ordered a margarita. When our server came back, I tried to talk to her but she kept her body turned away from me and wouldn 't look at me. After she left to get our drinks (I ordered tea without lemon), I decided that I wasn 't going to put up with the attitude from our server. I would have to put up with her BAD ATTITUDE the whole dining experience. So we got up and left. Too bad we didn 't get to find out if the food was good."

"I hadn’t been here in at least 12 years. My boyfriends Philly cheese steak was cold. And they offered fries so we ordered them only to find out that it was an up charge to get fries instead of chips which they didn’t tell us. Not to mention the fact that the up charged fries were very over cooked. The cheese stick appetizer we ordered was listed as $6.99 on the menu and we were charged like $7.40 for them. They attempted to charge us extra for a kids drink that was supposed to be included in the price of his meal. They did fix that. The pizza we ordered for our 3 year old was so hot he couldn’t even eat it. He had to eat his dads pickle, fries, and crackers. However the ham sandwich I ordered had so much mustard on it I couldn’t even eat it. Our total was almost $35. My boyfriend had never been there and said after tonight he never wants to come back. I remember it being so good when I’ve eaten there in the past but I was truly disappointed and quite upset that I spent so much money on such a sad meal. If you dine here, double check your receipt before you pay."
