"I 've been to 4 or 5 different Crumbl stores and the customer service at this location is great. I 'd ordered (as a cheer up gift) online and doordash delivered cookies to the wrong address. Contacted Crumbl Rockville and cookies were delivered to the correct address the same day! Friends loved the 6 different flavors..I highly recommend Crumbl!!!"

"We called ahead to check on the availability of gluten free sauces and were given inaccurate information. I misunderstood how my order was being handled (my own fault) and instead of trying to help me figure out how to fix it, the employees rudely and repeatedly pointed out that they were not to blame. Food was fine, but the only gluten free sauces are plain gf soy, sesame oil, and gochujang. Not super impressed."

"Do not get the fake chicken!! Tasted horrible and even the chicken itself looks suspicious. "Friendly staff and fresh tasting food however, the bagels do not taste like bagels. I am ever on the hunt for bagels that are remotely similar to those of NJ/NY. Sadly, this place misses the mark (as most in the DMV do). I'm sure other food here tastes great, but if you know what bagels are supposed to taste like, do not come for the bagels."
