I had a great experience with this location today. I was charged a few days ago for my order, so I called the store and spoke to a manager. They told me they'd give me a refund when I got into the store. When I arrived there, they not only refunded the fee, but threw a few bowls on the house. Did not accept my gift cards that had money on them and said they didn't work. One of the ladies who took my order did not speak English and could not take my order right. Will not return to this Chipotle location. read more.
