The experience here was horrendous. The service was slow. The food did not taste like it was Made fresh. The yellow sauce was extremely earthy tasting and overly salty. I have had Peruvian food before and this is not it. How do you manage to mess up Chaufa? The donuts in the picture I posted are overpowered by the star anise.
