"I understand busy, I understand short staffed. Table after us served their food though we ordered first, then ours came out was room temp cold. Fried mushrooms at room temperature and seafood dip cold and not able to even dip because of the cheese firming up. Limited effort by staff until we asked for the check. "Okay, listen to other subways! If you call satisfied customers the Rockville Subway and ask their secrets for setting amazing staff and implementing good production rules that will be sure to achieve good results. Let me first say that I have been in Subways in our nation and I am always disappointed. I'm really just going when somebody's different. The sub never looks like the pictures and I'm always starving. When I go to Rockville. I always get the Veggie joy and it is shocking how cheap most subways are with the Veggies, even iceberg salad. Not the case with this subway. My sub is always done right and they serve it with a smile. My only regret is that I have not taken any names to ensure that they have been recognized. I can say the last time I visited the 3/27/21 late in the evening. I also want to mention that the order in app is usually a recipe for an order that not only lacks vegetables, but often is simply wrong. I'm glad it wasn't the case. Go to Rockville Subway. I'll come back every time I visit."

"Came to have dinner here this evening with a group of 7. We arrived at 6:45 pm. There was not one other customer in the entire restaurant, even though it was dinner time. It was a family member’s birthday, and I had brought a small box of cupcakes in an airtight container for after the meal. A very unfriendly woman with an abrasive attitude told us we weren’t allowed to have them in the restaurant. My son said that was fine, but asked if we could we just keep them in the container on a chair, and we’d eat them outside after our meal. She refused to let us even keep them in a sealed container. Fairly clear to see why this restaurant is empty. They don’t close until 8:30 pm, but clearly they had no interest in having any business this evening. We left to go to another restaurant, and they were welcoming, and more than happy to allow us to enjoy our cupcakes and celebrate our birthday. They also had a ton of customers. You might want to take lessons, Tap House. We’ll never be back and we’re local and had been frequent customers before tonight."

"We were some of the first there when it opened for the service, so they would think that everything would be fresh, hot and clean. it was still müll on the floor of the night before, I got bug-bights while I sat on the standing, my salat was good, but eating other people was cold, the koleslaw was mush like suppe and our server disappeared on us. this is not an example of what bww represents and the companymen should revoke their franchise."
