The flavors were bright, and the ingredients were clearly top-notch.For the main course, we sampled the Gnocchi Gorgonzola and the Spaghetti Carbonara. The gnocchi were perfectly tender and complemented by a rich and creamy Gorgonzola sauce. The carbonara, a true test of an Italian kitchen's skill, was prepared to perfection, with a luscious sauce that clung to the al dente pasta, topped with crispy pancetta.The wine list at Carbone Prime is impressive, offering an array of Italian wines that pair beautifully with the dishes. "My favorite vegan items are the spicy garlic aubergine with rice and the vegan boneless ribbed. they also have vegan general tso chicken tofu as well as vegan orange chicken that I have not yet tried, but I plan to try in the future. I had only delicious eating here so I didn't have anything short of amazing. I love to support this little business and I hope they do the same."
