The lines were long in drive thru and lobby. The frontline complained about other staff members openly . Seemed they were short of staff. The manager walked in went to restroom and proceded to go back out the door. I believe if front line worker had help things would have moved better.Food: 3/5 View all feedback.
I really enjoyed the borounds. I liked the name especially, I called it more. lol. are we fresh? Food: 5/5
On a day like Christmas eve, they would think that a chicken restaurant would not run on huh directly? the wait and the service were terrible. there were almost good over 30 minutes waiting for fried chicken. other customers could get their articles much faster. I checked my order twice and one of the employees was uninterested. the employee in the register went on pause or left I guess. another employee came to “help” and they asked the customer who ordered well after me about their food and accommodation for their order. I no longer wanted to wait and make sure they were aware of the MY order and that I had waited
The service was very slow. but it was good, and they give us extra thing of the hash rounds waiting for that. B.GFood: 4/5

The workers were playing so much that I had to wait 15 mins for a 3 piece supreme. The manager couldn't even get them on track. Food was good tho.Food: 3/5
