Erie Island Coffee Co. - Feedback

What Cole Sundermann doesn't like about Erie Island Coffee Co.:
The drive thru is always a mess and very slow. The customer service is not good. I have had several messed up orders and they never want to remake or fix the mistake. The employees seem like they don’t want to be there either. Food is great though but they are very inconsistent with coffee even though they are a coffee company? Erie Island in Rocky River is a wonderful coffee shop! The coffee is excellent, and the pastries are fantastic.
