What Alyssa Sparks doesn't like about Wendy's:
ordered delivery at 930 with a 20minute delivery quote, by 10 my drivers still waiting then i get an email, no text or call, that more than half my meal isnt being delivered because its unavailable. Which is fine but at this time of night and after waiting an hour someone shouldve offered a substitute like every other restaurant that cares about guests do. View all feedback.
Waiting in line for 30 minutes and 15 of that was at where you place your order with 1 car in front of me. This is totally unacceptable
