"Great place to catch up with a friend over a beautiful Chai Tea. Have had their speciality coffees here as well and they are delicious!Parking on a weekend can be a challenge and service at this lovely place can get slowed down a bit, but...totally worth the wait!Goodies look yummy and unique."

"Love the food, the owner, and the ambiance!. Have been going here since the doors opened 18 years ago whenever I am in town. I wish we had something like this in our community! The renovations have made the ambiance even better now. The food is all from scratch; including the soups nothing processed or pre made here! Very delicious; very creative.<br/>As you can see the reviews are very favorable except for the person who LOVED the meal, but hated the cupcake so won 't go back........ummmm..really? I would never base my return on the basis of a cupcake : <br/>Do yourself a favor and visit Friends in the near future. Their 'Bob 's Lake ' sandwich is my favorite; especially the Breakfast Bob!<br/>Their catering is fantastic too and so worth it when you are having any size event (my favorites are the lasagna dinner and the turkey dinner"

"I had the romaine salad as a main which was advertised as coming with a dill dressing...which turned out to be dill AND Sriracha not what I expected, or enjoyed. This was not additive to the salad in any way it was too spicy and I didn't finish the salad."

"Knowledgeable staff, can make burgers on gluten free buns. Care bakery buns are awesome! They said they have a dedicated dryer. I wish their gravy was gf. Also wish they had more gf breakfast options, there was only one thing I could order at brunch, the breakfast sandwich with gf care bun substitute. It would be so great if they could have gf waffles!"

"Our first meal in Calgary most definitely did not disappoint! We started with a side of sweet potato chips ... so tasty and crisp! We both had the pulled pork burger, the special for the day; mine on a lettuce wrap. It was a bit messy to eat but somehow the best meals are : The crisp pickle and smattering of additional chips on the side made for the perfect start to our Calgary visit. Many thanks Holy Grill!"
