The baristas at this restaurant are consistently friendly and laid-back. They consistently serve excellent coffees. I have visited at various times throughout the day, but typically around 2 or 3pm. There is always one particular worker who assists me (I have heard him on the intercom multiple times). He is thorough in explaining everything, ensuring my drink is made to my liking. What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
The staff is wonderful! I always feel welcomed, not rushed, and treated friendly. My drink is always made perfectly, and if it's not, they are always willing to remake it. However, I don't understand the low pay they receive. I feel like I have to tip them every time I go, knowing about the fast food industry. It took forever in drive-thru, got drink orders wrong. Pike roast large coffee was cold old. First time I had bad service. Window worker was not friendly, dirty jacket on... felt like we where a inconvenience. No apologies etc.
I am have been a regular for a couple of years. Everyone is always so nice working here! They have very quick service. I love this Starbucks!

Always very nice and sociable staff that work here! Line is very rarely long, and if it is it goes very quickly.
Excellent service and coffee. But very dirty, I wish it will be cleaner.
