Had the best experience today at Rollas Arby's, Rebecca served us at the counter and gave us the best customer service. We haven't received customer service like that in a very long time! I get that this place isn't gourmet or anything, but the manager was extremely curt and unaccommodating. Whatever the reason I don't suspect I will be coming back. Half ice in a lemonade seems a terribly reasonable request. View all feedback.
