I can't for the life of me understand the negative comments! By far, one of the most enjoyable stops on our most recent trip to Rome. Cannoli was some of the best I've ever tasted, and I know my way around a canolo! Superb coffee and excellent service. I really don't know what people are expecting. It's become an unpleasant place with disagreeable managers and what appear to be unhappy staff. I knew the place as a child and regularly returned whenever visiting Rome. Never again. They overcharge, cheat wherever possible and are rude and unpleasant. The toilets there are filthy. Just avoid. It's long standing reputation is now in tatters. It's very sad.
