What Gianluca doesn't like about Mató:
It 's absurd that it has a 4.4. Being a chain the focaccias are all pre-frozen. Behind it was the guy who simply put them in the oven and garnished them when they came out. Focaccia with RAW courgettes on top. I was about to vomit. The Apulian sandwich was already better but 7 euros was a bit too much for small and not very full defrosted bread.
