We've had some very good food in Italy, from the Amalfi Coast to Rome. This place is in a class of its own. From the greeting at the door to the post dessert bonbon, they exude professionalism and creativity. The dehydrated seafood soup anti pasta with the seaweed lettuce powder is perfection.
