SantoPalato is a gem in Rome for authentic pasta, with the carbonara and amatriciana being real standouts. Started with some tasty bruschetta, too. While the food nailed it, the service was a miss, unfortunately. Our waitress wasn't the friendliest, which was a bit of a letdown in the otherwise cozy vibe.
