What Julien Alvernhe doesn't like about Trattoria Der Pallaro:
Scandalous. No menu, no prices because single menu at 30 euros. We don't even know what we're eating because nothing is announced from start to finish. Until the moment of the bill, expensive and in cash (only restaurant of our 6 day stay, not to take it). An authentic tourist trap. Canteen food, without any flavor. If you want an elegant dinner this place is not for you BUT you eat very well. And you pay very little. Absolutely recommended Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40 Recommended dishes: Gricia, Arrosto Di Vitello, Rigatoni Cacio E Pepe, Affettati E Mozzarelline, Rigatoni Alla Gricia

Arrabiata and carbonara pasta mixed and served together on one plate! Hardly believable. White wine like I've never tasted...probably mixed with water? Dry pork served with chips (yes, I swear) which has nothing to do with Italian cuisine. By far the worst dining experience of my entire life. Avoid at all costs.
