Terrible idea. Having an American friend for dinner and, trying to propose something different, taking him here for his only night in Rome. How can they cook a tasteless pepata di cozze , serve a barely cooked nonsense of home made pasta, propose a burrata just an inch away from sour? I am so sorry, Philip.
