So we didn't have the steak. that is important to know how the restaurant specializes in it and around some of the steaks looked great, some...less so. the other courts seem to be thoughtful. we had escaped with foie grass and berries, which was deer, slightly overhauled, with deenpat and dried orange. and we had to fry 4 of them in a sauce that was somewhat too sour for the taste. the service was ok, but the waiter...
