Terrible customer experience, went in sunday morning to grab a cup of coffee from the gelato side. the shop was full with no idea where the queue is, after waiting in line for 15 minutes found out we cannot pay with the card on the gelato side, and had to go in the pasticeria side and wait another 10 minutes at another queue to pay.
