Have you ever tried granita? If you havent yet, you'll be wowed! Granita is a kind of slushie made with frozen almond milk incredibly creamy. The granita di mandorle is a sicilian tradition and accidentally vegan. La Romana makes quite a good granita, not as incredible as you'd find in Sicily but close.
