What User doesn't like about Saborea (food Truck):
The best thing about this place is the seating area. They 've done a nice job. Today I shared the traditional plate with a side of yucca with my friend. We are appreciative eaters and did not finish this because everything was over fried and completely tasteless. No seasoning. Bland. Disappointing. Not worth the money. read more.

"Oh My gosh!! I am blown away at how INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS this sliced brisket sandwich is! I just left the place and I'm eating the most delicious, moist, tender, juicy, flavorful brisket I have ever had in my life. No more going to Pappas BBQ for me. Those brisket poboys are good but does not even come close to this pure deliciousness. This was my first time, as I've just discovered this place. The man gave me a military discount, brought my food out to me and wow. Honestly, at first I thought the price seemed a little high but after biting into this, it's totally worth every penny. And Brisket is NOT cheap. The quality of this brisket, whether comparing it to friends family that have cooked brisket in the back yard or ANY restaurant, honestly this is better than ANY I've ever eaten. Even the bun it was served on is top quality n tasty. But this meat, there's no way it could be beaten. Go there. Eat. You won't be disappointed."
