Went to our local Chipotle restaurant to enjoy our first time at this restaurant. Hoping to order their new steak bowl as shown on TV 50 times a day. Enter restaurant to find out at 11:30 am Rome Ga.we happen to be out of the new item. If we have a hour to wait they should be able to provide this selection. Yea right. I suggest less advertising on TV and spend some of that money to provide the food to your customers... View all feedback.
Unfriendly, unprofessional staff. This is the worst chipotle staff i have encountered.
This was my first time and last time. The rice was not done and for the price they should make sure everything is cooked right
