Just had lunch. Excellent food at a great price. I had the Bistec a la Mexicana. A very good value. Frosty mug of Negra Modelo. My first frosty mug in Rome. Ask for the spicy tomatillo salsa. It has more heat than the regular salsa which is also very good. The food did have authentic flavor which is hard to find. Lily, my server was very attentive and helpful. Really good food. The cheese dip was awesome a good consistency. The salsa was perfect, the rice and beans super good and the chimichangas were pretty good too. No complaints for me. I am new to the area and was at a hotel nearby so gave it a shot but I will definitely be back.
Wait staff was friendly (and wearing masks). Food was served promptly. We got the 'lunch size ' fajitas and there was plenty. Also tried the Pollo Tropical which tasted fresh and the chicken itself had a nice flavor.
I Ate the wings and they were amazing. Quick tip make a spicy wing challenge I will beat it
Always a great experience. Delicious food and a warm welcoming atmosphere.
