Antelopes of anchovies, on the salad bed on the bed of insalsta pieces of polenta with a sauce of minced meat, Gamberone wrapped in sesame seeds on a bed of cuscus with zucchini and carrots, spaghetti with red rock with prawns, mussels,vongoles and lobsters and as a second cernia in the oven accompanied by cream and fine pecorino coffee fondue.
