Typically, I don't eat in the hotel where I'm staying. Not because I think the food isn't good, but more about exploring what's nearby. Il Cantico is an exception. The food is very good, using fresh local ingrediants and expertly prepared. It has a very good wine list with many affordable choices. View all feedback.

What 987renataj doesn't like about Il Cantico:
Service could be better since there was only one waiter for all the restaurant..ordered the chicken with vegetables as a side...chicken had no taste and the vegetables were soggy...although the breakfast is excellent..just the dinner was an awful experience and quite pricy. View all feedback.

"The best gelato ever. The owner lets you taste the flavours you want before he makes up the cone. When he does they are huge and taste magnificent. They are value for money too. My boy also had a crepe which was also delicious. If in Rome this place is not to be missed . Kid-friendliness: The man cut up the crepe into little squares which were easy to pick up and eat without a mess. Service: Take out"
