the experience was great from beginning to end. the personal greeted us and showed us on our table. the service was fast, the waiter was very knowledgeable and especially the eating was amazing! my wife and I had two antipasti to share (chips and fried cajau) then three plates of pasta to cacio e pepe, carbonara and raviolioni burro e salvia all perfectly cooked and delicious! the meal closed with tiramisù. we do not understand why this restaurant is in the Michael Guide, our visit was a great disappointment. the cacio e pepe tasted pure salt and no pfeffer and the consistency was not creamy at all, only a hard clapping one plate. when we brought it with the staff, they told us that it was the one that was coming and let us feel that we were the problem. the other dishes were not inspired, but it is not worth complainin...
