proloco was a great experience. the owner was super nice and helped us to select a series of products for dinner. local cheese plate was interesting with five Lazio cheeses oh different age. the fried and then baked pizza had great chewing and a beautiful crumb. a very happy place. What User doesn't like about Proloco Trastevere:
We found this restaurant through an Instagram food influencer. The food was good, we ordered some dishes, but they hastened the courses, took the dish when we did not finish, they really made us feel we had to go because they wanted to go home, their general attitude was very bad and lazy.
