As guests at The Hotel Oxford, after a long day of sightseeing, we went to the adjoining bar and enjoyed a refreshing drink. We quickly decided to stay in and take dinner at Q'4rt. The dinner was very acceptable, but oddly, my wife's seafood platter was served cold except for one item that was warm and when she enquired, we were told the food should have been hot!
