So good! You have to stop here and keep your stomach empty. The couple that leads the place is patient and will explain what goes into any dish when you have questions (I had many). I have the truffle paste and it was heavenly. Many truffles, but not exaggerated. The Pomodorro and the Mozzarella Pasta were fresh and hit the square. We are happy and full and will be back! Best Pasta in Rome! Chef is kind and humorous! Pasta is in the right texture and very tasteful. It is also very reasonable price!
