I was going to rate this one higher until the end of our dinner. The food is good. The dining room is more spacious than many here which felt good after being in throngs of people. The waiter, Arturo is good up til the end where we asked us to add a tip to the bill and wouldn’t confirm that service was included. I felt like he was trying to take advantage of us as Americans.
