What Heather Mumby doesn't like about Valley Club Cafe:
The food usually spot on at the cafe. However the catering needs some work. They ran out of chips at a taco bar. The cheese sauce and queso were cold as was the meat. The appetizers were amazing and the bar catering was great. The owners and help apologized for the running out of the chops and were very friendly but I would assume they underestimated the amount of food needed. I hope they can get it figured out becau...
