"I have been going here for many years now. They have a great draft selection, the bar is nice and not normally overly loud (except for during events, which is to be expected), and the staff is very knowledgeable about beer. I would recommend to anyone that has not been here to check this place out. Note: they are no longer selling carry out beer. They have gotten out of the retail game."

"Great Subs. I don 't care how many other sub shops try to muscle-in to Kent territory, Franklin Square Deli is the best. They might be a little more expensive than those other places, but it 's worth it. I 've been going to FSD for about 12 years now and I have never had a bad sandwich, and usually the staff is pretty friendly, too. When a friend of mine from out-of-town comes back to Kent, the first thing they want is a sub from FSD or a burrito from Taco Tontos."

"My family and I visited the restaurant yesterday, honestly, because it was the only one in the area and I'm glad we did. The restaurant is small overall and the reception area is more so, but we were quickly welcomed and sitting. The staff was very friendly and attentive. When we sat, we went from a small buffet and asked our server what was at the buffet, she had no idea what her restaurant had. She was not knowledgeable at all, but the cook was close and jumped in and was great, with explanations of how the food was prepared, etc. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious. The prices were also very reasonable. We will definitely visit her again."
