Canton is now a roquetas institution. without doubt the best Chinese. after many years we found it completely renovated and also with a large outdoor terrace. menu full of attractions, with very abundant portions so it is difficult to get more than a couple of dishes. notable:pato asado Cantonese, lomo en salsa picante, satay de gambones, costallas barbacoa. a new ice cream at matcha tea. with a great albariño, 107€... Let us not be confused here, it is not a purely Chinese restaurant, the family that own it are not Chinese, the dishes are a mixture, certainly not Cantonese. There were five of us for dinner, spring rolls to start, various dishes followed, one being Singapore noodles, dry and no chilli at all, very bland which it should not be, I actually asked if it was hot (spicy) only to be told that they would bring some chilli...
