"The food was of a very high Standard. Decor was in keeping with Italian setting.Staff were very good. The one downside was they do not have a Drinks Licence. We were not made aware of this when we had called in earlier on the day to book. There were no signs that we could see to make us aware of this. You can bring in your own with no extra charge. I had to go out to a store to get some wine. Not the end of the world but if we were told when booking it would have been very customer based."

"For a great meal and evening out, I highly, unreservedly recommend this super pub restaurant. The location is lovely, the pub itself is friendly, comfortable and warm. The staff are quick and helpful. Excellent pint of Guinness! The food is hearty and generously portioned. Steaks are huge and appropriately cooked and thoroughly enjoyable. The menu is varied enough to be interesting, something for everyone, without getting overburdened. Everything on it is well executed, be it protein or veg. This is a wonderful place to spend an evening with family or friends. There is a lively atmosphere and the sense that it's all right to relax and stay for a while."
