What User doesn't like about Ballantynes Fish Chips:
We have ordered fish and chips here twice and both times it was terrible. The first time the chips were fine but the fish was burnt and inedible. So we basically paid $45 to eat a few hot chips for dinner. The second time, the chips were undercooked (still hard) and the fish was pasty with burnt crumbs. Hands down best fish and chips in Darwin/Palmo! The fish is always fresh and such good quality!

"Although there were hardly any vegan options on the menu, they were dependent on my request for a vegan pasta (which was basically an existing dish minus the shells, replaced by black olive garlic. It was a bit bland, but better after adding chili oil s p. Orange fried salad was tasty, also ordered the pizza that was described in the previous review, it was nicely fresh wood fired, but basically the same sauce as the pasta, only on a pizza. I give them 4 stars for effort, service and food presentation."
