Taco Bell - Roseburg North

I love there Chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito...

Pretty garbage, got my order wrong like four times...just a taco with no tomatoes. But it is taco bell so I never expected good service/food in the first place.

I have something like a 20% failure rate to get the correct food. From them putting items on that I said to hold, to outright forgetting entire bags worth of food. Their policy of come back to get your food is insulting, as they are now expecting me to kill 20+ minutes to go back to fix their mistake.

I went to this place last night (April 05 2024) with my boyfriend to get dinner. The owners are going cheap and trying to operate with a skeleton crew. They actually didn't even have a cashier in the lobby. They are trying to replace cashiers with mindless computer kiosks with no human touch. That is also extremely inconvenient for a customer as you basically have to be your own cashier. Taco Bell you need to stop trying to force technology on people who don't want it just to save you money. My boyfriend and I both turned around and left without ordering anything. The next couple that came in turned around and left as well for the same reason. The drive-thru was literally backed out into the rode so we got our dinner somewhere else.Not going to lie the food is delicious... if you can actually get your hands on it...

As always the money these people are paid should be less than 10 an Hour.. I get home and my order is wrong..Should change name to Taco Hell!!
