The restaurant is rugged and beat-up on the outside and no impressive lights too. It's scary for out-of-state people like me since many of Roseburg's community business buildings seems abandoned. But I supposed that's the charm of it. Inside are just people hanging out in Roseburg. The chef and waitress are sweet people.
