First time visiting catch 22 for lunch. The blue fish (rock fish) was amazing, i would say best in Roseburg oregon. You certainly can't get any fresher. There staff is very friendly and helpful in explaining the menu. Had coleslaw. Which was very fresh. Only reason not 5 stars.
