What Kim doesn't like about Wingstop:
Walked in to get my food (pre ordered) and stood there for 20 minutes while the employees stood in the kitchen just talking and carrying on. Not one employee came to ask if I needed help or offered a hand. Finally had to walk over and say excuse me, do you have my order ready? They looked down grabbed the food which was now just sitting there under the heat lamps for who knows how long and hands it to me. Said absolu... View all feedback.
